I’ve been working on new colour images for my portfolio over the last few days but so far it is looking suspiciously like a black and white portfolio that I’ve coloured in… hey ho! Here is one of the things I’ve been working on; this is Gnat, a brave little fellow flying all alone into the deep dark forest.

I really like this Marion! Nice little mini-narrative and lovely details in the plants etc. Gnat looks a fun liitle character too! Though I think you might be being a bit hard on yourself re the colouring- it looks perfectly a natural part of it all to me! 🙂
Thanks so much Neil! It’s great to hear you like it – you know how it is when you’re working on stuff for your portfolio and you try out all sorts of things and some turn out awfully and others work, but after a while you lose the ability to judge! I’m glad you reckon it’s all going the right way 🙂
